Position: Engineering Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Wild Wadi Waterpark for an experienced Engineering Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Engineering and Park Services departments.
- Develop and execute the Water Park Strategic Facility plan on an annual basis, this includes major and minor repair.
- Compile, submit, and align comprehensive budgets consisting of Utilities, R&M, & Capital Expenditure (FF&E) with the business goals and strategic objectives
- Liaise, coordinate, and build relationships with other departments to facilitate a cohesive and responsive execution of daily operation
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of Engineering/Maintenance experience, five years in a managerial role
- University Degree or Diploma in related field
