Position: Agent, Wellness Experience
As an Agent, Wellness Experience your main priority is to anticipate and attend to guest needs, whilst ensuring the maintenance of the Wellness.
Responsibilities:
- You will be highly observant and conscientious as you ensure the supplies and tools for our daily operations is readily available, inspecting the area to ensure our resort standards are met and assisting in the set-up of our treatment rooms.
- You will display strong task management skills as you attend to guest requests in our upper and lower lobby reception while booking treatments and providing information on our products & services.
Requirements:
- It is essential that you have previous experience working in five-star establishments and important that you understand the industry.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class bar experience.
- Ideally, we’d love you to have a qualification/diploma/certificate and minimum 1-year experience working as a hostess, receptionist, agent, or similar for a luxury brand.
- Fluent in English is a must and a second langauage is adventurous.
