Position: Wellbeing & Stimulation Brand Executive

As part of this Beyond Nicotine division, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and scaling of a strategy that drives an innovative portfolio of powerful global brands. Reporting to the Global Head of Wellbeing and Stimulation
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and development of the key brand marketing mix elements essential to driving the Global brand’s strategy and growth (1-3yr horizon)
- Work with high performing creative agencies to deliver manifestos, brand standards and activation toolkits to support launch of W&S brands in lead markets
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to ensure the brand strategy is effectively deployed in social and D2C channels with clear proposition and channel activation plan
Requirements:
- Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking
- Shown a broad understanding of quantitative and qualitative marketing research techniques
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Experience in communications, PR, agency management, and digital are key to this role
