Job Description
We are looking for an organised, tech savvy candidate with great communication skills to lead and manage Mercer’s global webinar program. This role will be varied and include liaison with internal and external stakeholders as well as scheduling, managing and organising the webinars. This role can be remote, with one or two days a month in our London office

Responsibilities:

• Own / Lead and manage Mercer’s global webinar program.
• Manage the creation of webinar sites on Mercer’s preferred platforms.. ie: GlobalMeet, Zoom, Webex
• Liaise and co-ordinate with stakeholders and speakers in order to set up and run technical rehearsals and live events
• Be responsible for editing recordings and updating the webinar site
• Manage and liaise with key suppliers for each webinar.
• Deliver webinars that meets the original client brief.

Requirements:

• Good experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility with working hours, to accommodate early or late events
