Job Description
The Senior Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for the stock and decor display within the store. The jobholder will be required to deliver an inspirational shopping experience for customers across Watsons stores in GCC. The jobholder should be commercially focused, with a proactive awareness of the beauty market in particular and hold the ability to work with urgency and pace

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts to represent Watsons’ visual standards.
• Make sure new deliveries are displayed and presented on the floor in a creative and timely manner.
• Create merchandise floor layouts and do floor moves and brand rotation periodically
• Takes ownership and shows commercial initiative to use promotional hotspot areas to drive sales
• Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) packages, such as AutoCAD, Mockshop or Adobe Creative Suite, to create visuals and plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree / Formal Education in Fine Arts/Graphic Design with Visual Merchandising Background
• +3 years retail experience, preferably in Fashion/Beauty
