Job Description
Transguard is currently recruiting for a Videographer to join the Marketing division. As Transguard’s e-learning videographer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing training material for Transguard’s Centre of Excellence (COE).
You will be working closely with the COE’s instructors and trainers, producing videos that go beyond point-and-shoot classroom training films and instead create e-learning packages that present information in a visual, structured and digestible manner that accurately reflects course flow and ensures high knowledge retention.

Responsibilities:

1. Working with the COE team to develop e-learning content for all educational modules within the COE
2. Understanding and then conceptualizing each training module into an effective video within a pre-determined time frame
3. Selecting the right visualization method for each topic
4. Creating and maintaining a library of digital assets, including videos and animations.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of and experience in videography and editing using Premiere, Aftereffects, Light Room and Photoshop are required
2. Excellent written and spoken English required
3. Background in e-learning and training is desirable
4. Animation skills are desirable
5. Self-motivated and able to positively respond to constructive criticism
