Position: Civil Designer Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor – Consumer Retail Projects

  • Generate accurate 2D shop fit out layouts, elevations and sections.
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering & presentation
  • Must be very conversant with AutoCAD 2D software.
  • Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
  • Prepare accurate drawings for Joinery Works.
  • Quantity take off for civil and architectural work packages and collate the information in the form of a BOQ.
  • Manage document control processes
  • Mall drawing submission requirements

Requirements:

  • Course in AutoCad from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 5 years out of which 2 to 3 years in Interior fitout field. Experience in Supermarket field will be added advantage.
  • Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.
