Job Description
The Programming Expert supports the implementation of all learning and entertainment-based programs in the store. The Programming Expert helps execute relevant programming that represents the Apple brand and strengthens the store’s identity. He or she acts as an ambassador to guest talent and develops effective relationships with external guests who present, teach, or perform at the Apple Store.

Responsibilities:

• Operates all in-store technical equipment to support live events.
• Delivers excellent sound and visual production through EQ technical expertise.
• Maintains and runs the store A/V equipment; ability to troubleshoot in real time.
• Must be an internal ambassador of Today at Apple; ensuring the rest of the team understands the strategy and day-to-day programming.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with guests to set clear expectations, achieve timely response, and ensure a positive experience.
• Supports delivery of store programming with necessary presentation aspects.
• Partner with Visual team to ensure physical event setup meets all visual standards.

Requirements:

• At least three years of live event production experience
• Relevant technical expertise in Apple’s products, services, and systems
• Event management expertise, highly organized, and detail oriented
