Job Description
Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to join their Human Resources Department in the Philadelphia, PA office as part of the Learning & Development Team.  Together, using design theory to envision, develop, design, implement, analyze and continue to grow Learning & Development program(s) globally to support and develop our staffs’ continuous improvement journey.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5+ years of successful experience working with an LMS  including Assigning, Tracking, Reporting, Identifying, and Resolving issues.
• Experience developing software systems user documentation and training on these systems.
• Great presentation skills both in-person and virtual.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
