Position: Tool Design Engineer

The Tool Design Engineer I role is accountable for leveraging practical hands-on experience to build tool designs to allow for developing products within the R&D pipeline to qualify for the manufacturing and scale up, taking the conceptual design a step closer to product launch

Responsibilities:

• Designing the tools and equipment using practical capabilities to support in the manufacture of developed products within the pipeline  
• Utilising design expertise to review and enact processes and policy to therefore deliver practical work in line with the regulatory guidelines and compliance, aligning with the wider organisation
• Supporting in the coaching and guidance of indirect team members in the design engineering processes and best practices, contributing to the improvement of overall team performance
