Job Description
Do you have a passion to fix? Are you a Maintenance professional who enjoys working with attention to detail? If so, then this vacancy is for you! 
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, performing and preventative maintenance in all aspects and general maintenance of facilities structures and equipment. You will be responsible to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, kitchen, painting, carpentry, audio and visual systems, fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features. etc.

Requirements:

• Our ideal candidate will have experience with trades associated with Facilities Maintenance which involves a strong understanding of skills such as rectification, diagnostic, and troubleshooting
• Your technical diploma or trade school certification and experience in background preventative and reactive maintenance will ensure everything is up and running in no time
• If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within facilities in a similar role and a diploma or trade school certification, a passion and willingness to help others, and excellent communication skills, we would like to invite you to apply for this unique opportunity
