Job Description
Transguard is currently recruiting for a Technical Surveyor – Motor Claims to join their Client’s team, based out of their company Headquarters in Abu Dhabi The job holder is responsible to receive motor claims and perform functions as delegated by Supervisor and/or Assistant Manager; review, validate claims, and ensure prompt action in compliance with insurance policies, set company standards, procedures, and guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Inspects insured clients damaged vehicle, and, where appropriate, damage to third party vehicles and property
• Arranges for repair estimates and assesses the loss, negotiates with garages and arrives at the Loss repairable or replaceable
• Prepares Survey Reports in sufficient details as per ADNIC’s procedures
• Maintains contact with appointed vehicle repair garages
