Position: Teamlead Business Development
Our Business Development Representatives have a critical role in the sales process. By converting leads from different sources into qualified opportunities for our field sales teams, they lay the foundation of Sana’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Growing an international Business Development team to at least 10 Business Development Representatives in Dubai. In addition, you will be leading by example by doing some BDR activities yourself as well.
  • Coaching, managing and developing the individual Business Development Representatives
  • Activate and motivate the team to hit their metrics and KPI’s.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a must;
  • At least 3-4 years of experience within a business development and/or sales role in a business-to-business environment with a strong track record. Experience within the SaaS industry is preferred;
  • Experience as a Team Lead, Team Manager or Team Captain position highly preferred.
