Position: Logistics Analyst
TCL is looking for a reliable, experienced logistics analyst to join our growing organization. In this position, the ideal candidate will manage purchase order fulfillments, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics performance

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Set KPI for trucking partners, and manage their performance customer order fulfillment
• Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
