Job Description
The Talent Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing proactive, professional, accurate and efficient administration support for the Talent function. They will work closely with the Talent Manager, talent team and the HR team to achieve department goals in areas of: The Talent Management System, career development, programs, and development and assessment centers

Responsibilities:

• Tracking attendance
• Assist with the department areas as assigned and provide general support to the team
• Internal communications – assistance with the collation of information for team reports to the business
• Meeting coordination and scheduling as needed
• Assist with on-boarding new interns and placement students

Requirements:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Outlook
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support role
