Job Description
Digital Talent Acquisition & HR Partner will be responsible for Digital talent acquisition and development. He/she is responsible to build the Digital Factory with the right caliber of talent and will focus on three key areas of performance: analyze current strategies and develop a new one which is effective for hiring digital talent, its execution / delivery and team building capabilities

Responsibilities:

1. Focus areas of performance: Relationship management/Business Partnership, Digital Talent Acquisition Strategy and Delivery
2. Support key clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives through appropriate advice/ interventions
3. Works with leadership and business to determine hiring targets and develops profiles and specifications
4. Works with leadership to ensure successful identification and onboarding of new hires, including defining hiring criteria and adapting integration/professional development programs
5. Work with HR to accelerate the offer rewarding and administrative processing stages of recruitment while navigating HR, legal and compliance policies

Requirements:

1. Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, at ease with abundance of details and complexity, yet mindful of big picture, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently
2. Bachelor’s degree required in HR or relevant field, advanced degree is a plus
3. Strong communication skills
4. Ability to get things done, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
5. 8+ years of total HR experience including 4+ years of recruiting experience and/or other relevant digital experience
