Job Description
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquitision to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquitision is responsible for designing and executing initiatives to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates for Rosewood London

Responsibilities:

• Proactively lead the entire recruitment and selection process, ensuring focus on new and diverse sources of talent
• To ensure all vacancies assigned are filled in a timely manner in line with Rosewood London’s authorised head count and budget
• Workforce planning for future needs taking into account trends, legislation and government support packages
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure up to date and correct information
• To advise managers on employee relations issues within their departments in accordance with company policy

Requirements:

• Previous experience in talent acquisition
• An exceptional level of attention to detail
