Job Description

1. Oversees all daily logistics related operations.
2. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
3. Leads communications with external suppliers.
4. Supervise, coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers.
5. Set up SOPs, policies and tools for safety / compliance of riders and partners.
6. Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training.
7. Responsible for country’s rider experience and satisfaction score.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus.
2. 5-8 years of experience in food/grocery tech industries is highly preferrable
3. Extensive experience in Data Analytics.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Urdu is a must, Arabic is a plus.  
5. People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people.
6. Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross functional teams.
