Job Description
Studio Graphics Operator (SGO) is responsible for running most types of graphics that appear on the screen through several graphics systems. Work is done on these systems during the channel’s live broadcast or through recorded programs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Design Team, Gallery operations and producers.
• Drive the graphics operational output.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality for the channel’s content and style.
• Communicate with the Studio Director and Producer during the show-to-show timely elements as appropriate.
• Testing of all equipment and software prior to the Live shows, including but not limited to the VCP and all related engines, Zero Density system, Reality control and iNEWS system.

Requirements:

• BA in media related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of live playout in a broadcast environment in a large broadcast channel.
• Good in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Excellent software skills in relevant field; particularly Vizrt platforms including Content Pilot, Artist and Trio. Photoshop and After Effects knowledge is advantageous.
