Position: Student Office Assistant (Reporting and Digitisation)
The role of the Student Office Assistant (Reporting and Digitisation) is to maintain student records, assist with compiling information and provision of reports. The position supports the Student Office Manager in delivering its service commitments in the areas of enrolment, registration, induction, assessment and examinations, progression and student achievement, records management, and timetabling
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining operational reporting, analysing data with strong data presentation skills.
- Supporting digitisation initiatives by designing and implementing processes and workflows for student-friendly forms and live-trackers using tools like MS Forms, Jotforms and so on
- Maintaining student records databases
Requirements:
- High level of written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and achieve expected outcomes
- Excellent problem solving skills and high attention to detail
