Position: Stores & Purchasing Officer
To provide an professional sourcing and procurement service to all parts of Air Arabia for a range of goods and services as determined by the Purchasing Supervisor which delivers best value for money, service and quality from the most suitable suppliers

Responsibilities:

• Handles daily activities within the stores including telephone calls, e-mails customers’ inquiries, inventory, storage, distribution and dispatch of goods.
• Liaises with Government departments on the issuance/renewal of trade licenses, etc.; 
• Handles the assets of the company in/out ensuring proper barcoding/allocation/and storage; 
• Manages the inventory levels accurately and timely ensuring items are categorized in accordance with adopted standards and approved coding and recording systems.
