Position: Storekeeper
The job description states the essential job requirements, job duties, job responsibilities, and skills required to perform the role of the Storekeeper and will be used during performance management. In addition to the below, you will be expected to undertake other duties as directed by the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure approved purchase request forms are submitted for every requests in line to the procurement policy
- Create purchase requests and purchase orders using the MS DAX portal
- Ensure strict adherence to the procurement policy and all the purchase requests are routed through the designated buyers
- Follow up on all the purchase orders and coordinate the deliveries with the respective vendors
Requirements:
- Ensure all the transactions are documented
- Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures
- Monitor and manage the renewal of subscriptions, software and lease
- Assist operations team with additional documentation works
- Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs
