Soft Services Senior Specialist

Job Description

• Follow-up on the day to day maintenance activities based on helpdesk requests and respond promptly and efficiently to all reactive issues.
• Monitor the work done by external contractors to ensure adherence to the Client’s standards and Health and Safety requirements.
• Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with Supervisor to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates for additional Cleaning or Security works.
• Report to Supervisor on work progress and issues daily.
• Compile daily inspection checklist to monitor the standard of work and completion to the schedule.
• Coordinate with other teams, ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
• Immediately notify the Supervisor of any safety issues or concerns.
• Communicate and ensure a collaborative environment of high-performance teamwork with the Maintainance team, Facilities staff, Environment Health and Safety staff, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements:

• A Graduate with at least 8 years of experience working on a management position handling soft services including hazardous waste management in Retail and Corporate Office environments.
• Experience in handling multiple facilities simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of BICS standards. Should be capable of delivering trainings to Soft Services staff.
