Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving customer problems and creating experiences that are elegant and effective. You will own, drive, and create world-class customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.  With the ability to cut through the noise and focus on what really matters, you will serve as a product owner within an agile scrum team to prioritize the backlog and work on the most impactful features

Responsibilities:

1. Drive the roadmap to improve the core customer service digital experiences and delight of our customers
2. Work closely with our users, research, and customer success to deeply understand and address user needs
3. You will execute against plans with engineering, design, analytics, marketers, and other product partners: making trade-offs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication
4. Partner closely with teams across PayPal to align development with cross-platform initiatives and ensure consistency of our experiences cross-platform
5. Mentor an early-career PMs and help them grow as a Product Manager

Requirements:

1. BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Math or Statistics, or relevant experience. MBA nice to have
2. Build alignment and listen well, but can also drive hard decisions, framing the different options and tradeoffs
3. A deep understanding and empathy for end-users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust
4. You’re a strong communicator, with an ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skills
