Job Description
We are looking for a strong Sr. Manager Performance Marketing to join our dynamic Regional Digital Marketing team, and work closely with our Central team in Germany as well as our country teams. You must showcase demonstrable experience of increasing new customer acquisitions via digital channels. All these efforts need to support the overall business and marketing objectives

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategy, budget, planning and execution of digital channels with a focus on User Acquisition, Vertical Growth, and Audience Strategy
2. Work closely with the regional brand team and country marketing team to translate top-level strategy into channel-specific actions
3. Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the digital channel mix as well as conversion funnel measurement
4. Work closely with country teams and the central ASO team on app store analysis and editorial features
5. Mentor and lead the digital marketing team including but not limited to roadmaps & OKRs planning

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of hands on experience in Digital Marketing (e-Commerce experience is a must where App marketing is the core)
2. Minimum 3 years of people management
3. Excellent knowledge of overall digital advertising product in online ecosystem
4. Track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
5. You have growth mindset – Analytical, comfortable with numbers and eager to test & learn
6. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
7. Fluency in written and spoken English. (Arabic will be a plus.)
