Job Description
Oversee and manage the Device Technology Lab and take responsibility for cross-functional activities, lab output quality, staff development, budgetary objectives and work schedules Lead and guide staff through technical problems and projects, authorize and delegate work assignments, communicate with internal/external business units and technical authorities to ensure an effective flow of reliable information Perform routine assessment of the lab resources and equipment requirements.

Plan, manage and control effective budgets, staff development programs, QMS and continuous improvement initiatives. Produce and submit performance management reports at regular intervals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Technical Lead, Researcher, Technology Consultant, Technology Strategy or Technology Standardization, with a minimum of 4 years experience in testing and measurement of telecom equipment
• Excellent cross-functional experience covering Technical, Business, Marketing, Legal, Procurement & Finance
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Electric & Electronics Engineering
• Devices, Telecom & Electrical equipment certification processes & requirements
