Job Description
The Sr. Data Analyst, NAM DNA Business Insights is responsible for supporting adidas North America’s business functions as an expert on data topics, analytics, and technology. The role will be part of the team that drive and enhance the reporting and data visualization portfolio, dissecting and structuring a wide range of complex business problems, extracting and analysing data from a variety of sources

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage data and report distribution processes that are efficient, timely, and user-friendly
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through the existing Business Insights tech stack, DBMS, and data architecture, recommending and pioneering change when adequate
• Implement latest technology and best practices regarding data architecture, modelling, and availability
• Build partnerships and idea sharing with other members of the Global and Market DNA teams, collaborating on the creation of value-adding solutions
• Partner with 3rd-party vendors and other external partners as required

Requirements:

• Work experience supporting data and analytics needs of a Supply Chain organization (preferred)
• Work experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence or similar)
• Data Architecture & Modelling concepts in the context of Datawarehouse, Data Lake and/or Lakehouse
• Expertise in creating reports and analysis that directly impact decision making at the senior management level (CEO, CFO)
