Position: Sr. Asst. Accountant – Payroll

Contribute to the administration of periodic employee related payments such as payroll, final settlement, rental payment by processing, validating, monitoring in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and ensuring the payments are compliant with the company policy, procedures and Labour Law

Responsibilities:

• Establish and analyse cost of annual manpower in accordance with the approved manpower budget and produce related reports to support business decisions
• Contribute in regular review of work methods, forms, formats, and standards to improve operating efficiency
• Update and maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, ensuring adherence with company policy, accepted accounting practices and maintain confidentiality of company / employee related information
