Job Description
Reporting to the Market Development Executive Vice President, the Primary Purpose of the role of Business Support is to work as a Chief of Staff to the EEMEA MD Lead and support wider Market Development team to drive effective execution of the overall MD Business Agenda
Responsibilities:
- Together with Market Development lead, Segment leads, and Finance ensure all Objectives are well thought through, with the aggregation of these plans leading to Market Development meeting and potentially exceeding on delivery of the overall business targets.
- Together with MD Finance, create and disseminate detailed analysis (Monthly Performance, quarterly individual performance) to drive Market Development performance across segments, ensure timely tracking of performance against agreed SIP KPI’s, and execute real time corrective actions.
- As required, provide support on a variety of administrative matters such as agenda management, meeting coordination, briefing documents etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent degree. MBA – desirable
- Experience providing innovative analytical solutions that have lasting impact in multiple dimensions; strategic, operational and financial
- Ability to translate results of analyses into data-driven insights to ensure key messages resonate with the target audience
