Position:  Specialist, Sourcing (F&B)

As a Specialist, Sourcing in Food & Beverage categories, you will assist the Manager, Sourcing in planning, organizing and managing the company’s business goals and objectives in order to deliver efficient, professional service to all stakeholders. To do this will require innovation, a complete understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), process driven with a good financial and logical approach to the procurement function.

Responsibilities:

  • The role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, focused on food and beverage, packaging and service following policies & procedures and applicable local, state and federal regulations.
  • Duties include planning, scheduling, initiating, monitoring and quality assurance of all procurement and contract activities.
  • Work requires independent and professional judgment.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, we’d like you to have a relevant bachelor’s degree in n Business, Economics, or Supply Chain, International Business or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4+ years’ prior experience in successfully managing F&B sourcing and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in FMCG and/or F&B is a mandate.
