Position: Spa Intern – Reception
As SPA Intern – Reception, you will join a committed team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
  • Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa
  • Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients
  • Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients
