Job Description
Conrad Dubai is looking to hire a Sous Chef specialized in Korean Cuisine to manage all aspects of the kitchen of Kimpo Restaurant A Sous Chef for Kimpo will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver an excellent guests experience while managing food provisions, assisting with guests’ queries, and controlling costs

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions
2. Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation
3. Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
4. Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets
5. Manage customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Executive Chef

Requirements:

1. Specialized in Korean Cuisine.
2. Relevant experience in a similar role in a Korean restaurant.
3. A creative approach to the menu creation and food production.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Ability multi-task and meet deadlines.
