Job Description:
This role will lead and support across core elements of TSB’s social media activity and content programme reporting into the Senior Manager of Brand, Partnerships and Social Media. We need someone who is going to be proactive, a real doer but bringing a fresh and creative approach to the way we use social media within the Bank.

Responsibilities:

1. You will support the delivery and execution of TSB’s social media strategy;
2. You will be comfortable communicating with senior leaders, stakeholders and key partners to onboard and engage them with social media.
3. Be the point person / lead to manage our data tech stack via Sprinklr
4. Project manage the strategic direction and value realisation map with Sprinklr

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable Social Media experience, of which at least 2-3 years should be hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager and monitoring multiple Social Media platforms, and performing various analysis activities
2. Sprinklr experience highly desirable – or experience in Social Media monitoring tools such as Radian6, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos, Brandwatch, etc
3. Passion for engaging people and building relationships.
4. You will be an expert at moderation and understand how to manage detractors and advocates.
