Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to comments, complaints and reviews made on our social channels in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, to educate and create positive connections with our customer community.
2. Proactively engage with guests to raise brand awareness and to grow the number of followers on our social channels.
3. Answer collaboration requests of Influencers and ensure that all details are forwarded to the relevant department for further action and communication.
4. Identify and deliver Wow moments to enhance the guest’s experiences during their visits.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. 3 or more years in customer-centric industry, preferably with experience providing customer support via social media.
3. Excellent written English and Modern Standard Arabic language skills
4. Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to manage workload efficiently under stress
