Position: Site Supervisor
- Oversee the daily operation of the Car Park.
- Duties are to be performed under the direction of the Area Manager
- Working hours may include Fridays and holidays.
- Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day (Day or Night).
- Train new Car Parking Attendants and Cashiers on the Car Park procedures and policies.
- Direct and supervise Car Park Attendants and Cashiers on the job.
- Supervise the procedures of the access control.
- Perform regular spot checks to evaluate the job performance of staff. Counsels and initiates corrective action when required.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Language.
- Proficiency in computer
- Management skills
- Interpersonal skills
