The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for building actionable insights to drive online marketing channel performance across paid search, paid social, DPAs, retargeting and affiliates
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the success of all performance acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, DPAs, retargeting and affiliates
- Leverage brand affiliate programs to drive new customer acquisition, drive brand awareness and deliver incremental revenue
- Proactively work to improve all performance acquisition KPIs, increasing ROI and driving incremental qualified traffic and revenue across all eCommerce sites
Requirements:
- Experience managing all performance acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, DPAs, retargeting and affiliates
- Experience in launching and managing a brand affiliate program, both directly and via an agency partner
- Strong experience driving affiliate partnerships, collaborating with publishers, influencers and PR teams
- Vast experience of managing media agencies and budgets
