Position: Shiseido Marketing Coordinator
The Market Coordinator’s mission is to liaise with the Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams and the clients. She/he serves as the primary support person for the Area Sales Manager, and collaborates with the Fragrance logistics/systems support team in the EMEA office in Paris, France. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes approved orders; confirms receipt to clients. 
  • Prepares JSOX, if needed, for additional orders, changes in incoterms, payment terms, shipping address, and credit and debit notes.  
  • Main liaison between Regional Sales Director (RSD), customer service team and clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong active listening.
