Position: Human Resources Officer
- Performs administrative work related to employee engagement (colleagues sports and social activities), payroll and offboarding (separation formalities)
- Collect data and prepare HR reports as required
- Organize and coordinate all employees’ farewell activities
- Ensures accuracy of database of staff records and personal file information which should be consistently updated
- Maintain clean and organized all communication notice boards within the hotel premises
- Allocate the locker to colleagues and keep the accurate locker records
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and store
