Position: Human Resources Officer

  • Performs administrative work related to employee engagement (colleagues sports and social activities), payroll and offboarding (separation formalities)
  • Collect data and prepare HR reports as required
  • Organize and coordinate all employees’ farewell activities
  • Ensures accuracy of database of staff records and personal file information which should be consistently updated
  • Maintain clean and organized all communication notice boards within the hotel premises
  • Allocate the locker to colleagues and keep the accurate locker records
  • Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and store

Requirements:

  • Has a Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Is updated with the latest trends in social media
