Job Description
- The SVP Business Excellence is responsible for: Strategy; Mergers & Acquisitions; Analytics; Pricing & Interchange; Sales Excellence & Business Transformation for the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region
- This role involves close partnership with regional management team to design, evaluate and advance strategies that drive the region’s growth and innovation agenda
- The role involves making holistic assessments and plans along strategic, customer, financial, regulatory, risk and feasibility angles
- Manages a high-performing team, conducts goal setting and performance appraisal processes, coaches and develops employees as an organizational resource
Requirements:
- Strong drive, passion to excel and results-oriented
- Strong leadership skills to drive change initiatives; able to change people’s mindset
- Solid understanding of all strategic and operational aspects of Mastercard, as well as the competitive landscape and market trends
- Assertive to be seen as a business partner to Senior Management and key stakeholders, to be perceived as an effective and valued subject matter expert
