Job Description

• Develop and analyze current and future business needs and collect relevant data in line with the requirements of the department’s business and the beneficiaries of services
• Implementation of all operations related to providing all forms of technical support to users of smart financial systems at the level of the Government of Dubai and in accordance with the approved procedures in this regard
• Evaluating procedures and processes related to the support and development of smart systems, identifying application problems, and consulting and communicating with users of the systems in this regard
• Analyzing all the processes associated with the application of technological solutions to the needs of government agencies and constantly changing and contributing to the coordination of communication

Requirements:

• Information technology or any related disciplines
• 4 years of experience for a bachelor’s holders or its equivalent in similar work fields / (0) years for a master’s degree
• Professional certificates specialized in the field of occupational competence
