Position: Senior Specialist – Strategy & Performance
To design, develop, and oversee the implementation of a practical, effective and efficient corporate strategy and performance system that support the company’s Strategic and operational planning process as well as the measurement and reporting structure of company’s organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop initiatives based on the Federal Government shared KPIs to ensure accomplishment of these key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with the business owners to develop remedial actions for the shortfalls in the Operational Plan targets. Follow up on the implementation of remedial actions and report to the senior management.
• Corporate Strategy Development

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree from a University/College in Business Management or professional qualification in Corporate Strategy and Performance with 7 years’ experience in strategic planning or a related discipline.
• Aviation Industry Experience is required
