Job Description
Develop strategic marketing road maps and plans including pricing and promotional planning by managing a wide spectrum of Therapeutic Areas and develop Therapeutic Management Analysis for ‎each by exploring better solutions for existing business, also to identify growth opportunities in each ‎one of them.‎ Administer life cycle of all global strategic marketing initiatives within the GIT/URO, and prepare ‎effective strategies to position all processes according to business requirement and ensure optimal ‎support to all global strategies

Responsibilities:

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales ‎information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and ‎customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; ‎determining system improvements; implementing change
• Sustains rapport with key customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; ‎anticipating new opportunities
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and ‎evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales ‎action plans.‎ Strategic Leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy / Biology/Medicine). Master Degree in Business / Marketing ‎Management is a plus
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing primarily from Pharmaceuticals ‎industry. ‎ • Broad Marketing Experience and therapy specific market knowledge in MEA region is must
• Experience working with matrixed, geographically distributed and functionally diverse work ‎groups is preferred
• In terms of Competency you are highly result oriented with strong sense of accountability & ‎ownership
• Customer-oriented approach with strong aptitude
