Position: Senior Manager Transaction Migration
The Senior Manager Transaction Migration will be responsible for working with Physical channels for driving transaction migration to lower cost channels. The role holder will be expected to lead key conversations with Data & Analytics around critical data requirements, use the data to come up with tangible business cases in collaboration with Channel leads for investment and work across with Digital channels teams on specific business cases
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all channel priorities are being delivered via the Value streams & sub value streams
- Review key journey maps and update both ‘happy’ and ‘unhappy’ paths from a channels perspective
- Build the right relationships across market & group colleagues to be able to surface new opportunities
Requirements:
- Create a view of all transactions done in the physical channels with D&A
- Understand backlog and current deliverables within Channels SVS addressing transactions
- Be the voice of channels at various VS/SVS level discussions & ensure key deliveries are aligned to outcomes agreed
