Position: Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning leads cross-departmental project management on major product and client-oriented initiatives throughout the year. A key contributor to the creation of the annual Market Action Plan (MAP), this position also guides the direction of the Maison’s long-term vision and goals from a Marketing and Communications perspective
Responsibilities:
- Develop MAP vision and build presentation for select product and client topics in partnership with other stakeholders
- Create project briefs aligned with annual strategic objectives and ensure adherence across workstreams
- Raise critical challenges as required with neutral and solution-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Strategic Planning departments or in cross-functional roles
- Experience leading strategic projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders
