Job Description
The Senior Machine Operator will adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner. He will overall organize the machine for Trial/Optimization/Scale up batches and follow the instructions given in the SOP’s /Batch Records to get the required machine capacity and maximize the machine efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Organizes the machine for Granulation of Trial/Optimization/Scale up batches. Specialization in handling Fluid Bed Processor (Top Spray), Wuster (Bottom Spray), Rapid Mixer Granulator & Fluid Bed Dryer
• Perform operations according to the (MFM) under supervision of R&D Supervisor/Officer
• Clean room and equipment maintenance according to SOP. Follows standard operating procedures
• Report any mistake or deviation to the R&D Supervisor/Officer
• Maintain related Pilot plant logbooks and records. Maintain hygienic and cGMP standards in the pilot plant area

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any Science/Engineering field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as operator in Pharma Industry
• Experience in operating Fluid Bed Processor (Top Spray), Wuster (Bottom Spray), Rapid Mixer Granulator, Tableting Machine, Bilayer Tableting Machine, Fluid Bed Dryer & Coating Machine with new technologies
