Position:Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Designer
Wood Process & Energy are currently seeking Senior / Principal Electrical & Instrumentation Design services to facilitate work on various projects for a duration of 12 months.
The opportunity will execute design and draughting activities (Concept, Front End Engineering Development, Technical Study & Detailed Design) based in our Darlington office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare instrument drawings and designs to the required technical quality with minimum input from engineering personnel
- Achieve safety standards as defined in personal performance contract
- Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems
Requirements:
- HNC or ONC (or equivalent with experience) in appropriate engineering subject
- Highly experienced in site surveys and data gathering on brownfield projects
- Aware of and able to use company and client draughting standards and specifications
