Position: Senior Corrosion Engineer
Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Corrosion Engineer to join our Asset Integrity Team in Abu Dhabi for a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support in project’s related tasks; RBI and Corrosion Inspection Manuals for their operating assets and new projects
- The responsibility to mentor and coach the graduate engineers
- Development of corrosion monitoring philosophies and strategies
Requirements:
- Engineering degree from a recognised university or college (Materials / Metallurgy / Chemistry/ Chemical / Mechanical) (Essential)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a role which has had a primary technical function of providing corrosion engineering services in the oil and gas petrochemical industries
- Good soft skills; primarily presentation skills, communication and collaboration with the global offices.
