The Contracts Department is responsible for post-contract administration for Tactical projects, including payment certification, claims management, and contract change/ variation management

Job Description
The Senior Manager, Contracts is responsible for the implementation of robust contract and commercial processes for all Tactical Projects and the compilation and issuance of monthly, Programme Level Cost Reports.

Responsibilities:

• Define the short, medium and long term goals and objectives for the function and agree with Head/Director, Contracts;
• Consistently review Strategy for process improvement to ensure alignment with EXPO2020 vision and mission;
• Support the Head/Director, Contracts in preparing and overseeing contract yearly budget
• Work with suppliers and Expo end user departments to achieve commercial closure for all Tactical Projects

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
• Demonstrated Experience in risk identification and management
• Technical – A knowledge of the life cycle project process
