Job Description
With an extensive global network, highly-experienced staff and premium facilities, we offer a high-quality air freight service to our growing list of customers around the world.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting customer / clients with all information related to booking / forwarding / delivery liaising with local Ground Handling Agents and with Head Office Cargo Department to ensure  satisfactory services provided by Qatar Airways
2. Maintaining a close coordination between Qatar Airways Space Control and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time and maximum priority is given to shipments.
3. Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a High School Qualification with at least 2 years of  airline cargo experience
2. Working knowledge of DGR, AVI, Temperature Controlled Shipments, IATA and other Cargo related regulations
3. Knowledge of cargo customer service
4. Fluency in written and spoken English
5. Have the current legal right to live and work in the USA
