50 I 71 is a government platform within Expo 2020 for government employees to utilize for meetings, remote office workspace, events and workshops. The platform would aim to connect government entities with their counter parts locally & globally, businesses as well as International Participants.

Job Description
This role is designed to support DGA in the management & operations of the 50 I 71 Government Platform and the delivery of its related Events, programing, & exhibition which will run on-site throughout the six months of Expo. Role holder will be interacting directly with Expo internal teams and visitors from the government

Responsibilities:

• Support in 50 I 71 overall operations, coordination & on ground support for events, programming, daily bookings & visitors
• Internal & External coordination for booking requirements of events & programming
• Coordinate & Manage events & programming requests (booking process, scheduling of events, venue setup, logistics & operations)
• On-ground support for entities hosting activations at 50 I 71 and accommodate relevant requests
• Operational support & coordination with Expo internal teams for logistics, access, media coverage, catering, etc

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in management & operations
• A bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
• Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively and confidently and work well in cross-functional teams
